KQ TRADING RETURNS POLICY
All products you buy in our store or website are covered by KQ TRADING Returns Policy. Our policy do not exclude or replace your rights under Consumer Guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law, regulations or otherwise as required by law. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.
Change of mind
We are always happy to see you satisfy with your purchases, but if you change your mind we will offer you an exchange or refunds, however there are a few guidlines that apply:
- Products purchased from our store or website within 7 days of purchase;
- You are able to provide a satisfactory receipt or proof of purchase;
- The product is in its orginal condition including all manuals and accessories;
- The product must be unopen/unused/damaged;
- The product is not one which a change of mind is not provided for.
We will not accept the return of items from the following categories under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances:
- Baby formula and milk power
- Vitamins and supplements
- Consumable Products
- Other products advertised as being non-refundable for change of mind.
- All items will be returned to the original forms of payment, otherwise an exchange will be issued;
- In the case of online purchases, refunds or exchanges will not include the cost of shipping, except for return of faulty items or when we are at fault;
- Please contact our friendly Customer Service Team prior to sending/returning items, as we need to discuss and solve the problem with you first then work out the solution.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law including that the products will be:
- of acceptable quality;
- fit for purpose;
- safe to use; or
- match the description or sample.
We will cheerfully refund the purchase price, exchange or repair the product if the product you have purchased from KQ TRADING does not comply with any Consumer Guarantees.
