Money transfer, bank transfer, direct payment in cash at KQ TRADING JSC Representative Office.

1) Money transfer/bank transfer:

Applicable to customers in inner city, suburban areas of Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces/cities in Vietnam and customers who need to use this payment method. The steps are as follows:

a) Go to the bank nearest to your place of residence to transfer money/transfer money according to the information kqtrading.vn provides: Amount, Unit name, Account number, Bank, content of transfer/transfer money to the account below:

At: MB Bank – Military Bank

Content: Payment + [Order code] + [Customer name]

b) Notify kqtrading.vn (by phone, Zalo OA, email, SMS,…) when you have made a money transfer/account transfer.

c) Or please contact kqtrading.vn’s Online Sales Department via hotline: 0935 088 098, to notify that the money has been transferred.

d) Immediately upon receiving the confirmation report from the Bank, KQ TRADING will notify you and issue a delivery order to you within the time specified in the Shipping Policy section .

kqtrading.vn will not be responsible for errors in the transfer process or incorrect transfer information. You must work with the Bank to get it handled properly. Only when the money is transferred to kqtrading.vn’s account, KQ TRADING will confirm with you. In some situations, you can ask the Bank where you make the transaction or our Bank to use to check the necessary verification.

2) Direct payment in cash:

You come directly to KQ TRADING Representative Office to make payment, our staff will guide you.
