Currently, KQ TRADING has its head office and representative office in Ho Chi Minh City. Therefore, we support nationwide delivery to customers no matter which province/city you are in.
Shipping policy
KQ TRADING offers free shipping for all orders placed on the website www.kqtrading.vn in all districts of Ho Chi Minh City within 7 days from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday and from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday (excluding holidays).
Customers please arrange the time to receive the goods according to the delivery schedule confirmed with KQ TRADING. If customers have urgent business and cannot receive the goods according to the confirmed delivery schedule, please notify KQ TRADING at least 24 hours before delivery. KQ TRADING will rearrange the delivery schedule a maximum of 1 time, after that if customers continue to postpone the delivery schedule, KQ TRADING will not be able to deliver the goods and will cancel your order.
* Delivery time: Depending on each order, we will notify you of the expected delivery time by phone or SMS, Zalo.
– In some objective cases, the Company may deliver goods late due to force majeure conditions such as bad weather, unfavorable traffic conditions, vehicle breakdown on the delivery route, problems during the shipping process. We will notify you of the delivery status if there are cases where delivery may be delayed.
– While waiting to receive the goods, if you have any questions about shipping information, please contact the hotline published on the website kqtrading.vn for assistance. If you have a legitimate reason to cancel the order, the company will confirm and the order will be invalid, you do not have to pay any purchase costs.
Inspection policy
To maximize customer benefits when purchasing at KQ TRADING. We have a policy to support customers to check, view goods, and co-check with the delivery staff upon receipt. That is, when you receive the package from the delivery staff, you are allowed to open it to check the appearance of the product before paying.
Note: Check if the product is as ordered? Product specifications? Ordered quantity? Expiry date? Is the product broken or dented during transportation?
If the delivery staff asks you to sign the confirmation of the joint inspection (meaning that you have checked and received the product in full), you should use all the benefits under KQ TRADING’s joint inspection policy before signing.
If upon inspection, the product is found to be incorrect or shows signs of damage, you have the right to refuse to receive the goods and carefully pack them to return to KQ TRADING.
Sales policy
We offer a variety of delivery methods and services to meet customer needs. Depending on specific requirements, customers can choose home delivery, pick up at the warehouse or through partner shipping services. All details will be clearly informed during the purchase process to ensure convenience and peace of mind.
Delivery times are estimated based on geographic distance and selected shipping method. We are committed to providing specific delivery times upon order confirmation. This can range from 2-7 business days depending on location and shipping method, making it easy for customers to plan their delivery.
For some areas with geographical restrictions or too far away, delivery may be difficult or impossible. We will notify customers in advance if there are any restrictions on delivery locations to ensure transparency and avoid unwanted inconveniences.
During the delivery process, the responsibility for providing goods documents belongs to the trader and the logistics service provider. We are committed to ensuring that all necessary documents such as receipts, delivery notes, and invoices are provided fully and clearly to ensure the interests of customers and ensure transparency in the transaction process.
Determining the responsibilities of traders and logistics service providers regarding the provision of goods documents during the delivery process. Obligations of the carrier
- Ensure complete and safe transportation of assets to destination.
- Deliver the property to the right recipient.
- Bear the costs associated with the transportation of the property, unless otherwise agreed.
- Purchase civil liability insurance as required by law.
- Compensate the lessee for damages in case the carrier loses or damages property, unless otherwise agreed or otherwise provided by law.
Rights of the carrier
- Check the authenticity of the property, the bill of lading or other equivalent shipping document.
- Refuse to transport property that is not the type of property agreed upon in the contract.
- Require the lessee to pay the full shipping fee on time.
- Refuse to transport prohibited assets, assets of a dangerous or toxic nature, if the carrier knows or should know.
Obligations of the charterer
- Pay the full shipping fee to the carrier on time and in the agreed manner.
- Provide necessary information related to the transported property to ensure the safety of the transported property.
- Take care of the property during transportation, if agreed. In case the lessee takes care of the property and the property is lost or damaged, no compensation will be paid.
Rights of the charterer
- Require the carrier to transport the property to the agreed location and time.
- Directly or appoint a third party to receive back the property that has been hired for transportation.
Liability for damages
- The carrier must compensate the charterer for damages if the property is lost or damaged.
- The lessee must compensate the carrier and third parties for damages caused by the transported property being dangerous or toxic without taking measures to pack and ensure safety during transportation.
- In case of force majeure resulting in loss, damage or destruction of transported property during transportation, the carrier shall not be liable for compensation for damages, unless otherwise agreed or otherwise provided by law.
